About CM Designs

CM Designs is an independent, rider-focused design business for the e-moto and ebike community. Our focus is printed-to-order accessories—not generic prints. Think dash covers, light housings, plate holders and the small details that make a setup your own.

Start with the bike

Arctic Leopard, Sur-Ron, Talaria and similar bikes each have their own fit requirements. Check the specific product listing for compatibility, material and installation details before ordering.

Purposeful materials

Our design approach uses PETG and ASA/ABS for suitable bike accessory applications and TPU for flexible pieces. Material selection depends on the part and its intended use; PLA is not our choice for accessories exposed to Phoenix heat.

Custom concepts, clear boundaries

Custom accessory design is scoped at $75–$150 per design, with printing priced separately. A useful brief includes your bike model and year, photos, dimensions and the problem you want to solve.

Load-bearing parts such as footpegs, brake components and structural brackets are fit-test prototypes only. They are not sold as printed parts for riding. Printing can help validate a concept before suitable metal production, but a fit test is not a safety certification.
